Among them, nickel (Ni) is the main alloying element, which improves the electrode's corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and toughness; manganese (Mn) enhances the strength and wear resistance of the weld.
• Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength is 510 - 660 MPa, yield strength ≥ 450 MPa, elongation ≥ 25%, hardness HV30 is 220. It has high strength and good toughness, meeting the requirements of most welding structures.

• Main Composition: In addition to nickel (Ni) as the main component, chromium (Cr) improves the oxidation and corrosion resistance of the weld, molybdenum (Mo) further enhances corrosion resistance, especially resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in corrosive environments, and manganese (Mn) helps improve the electrode's process performance and the strength of the weld.
• Performance Characteristics: It is a basic coated alloy electrode with excellent welding process performance, stable arc, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and suitability for all-position welding. The deposited metal has good resistance to hot cracking and embrittlement, with excellent mechanical properties across a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures. It is suitable for pressure vessel manufacturing within a working temperature range of -196°C to +650°C and offers oxidation and scaling resistance up to +1200°C (in sulfur-free conditions).
